WHAT IS MORRELL'S POLICY ON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED TARGETS?
Morrell stands behind every USA-made target we produce. We will refund or exchange any Morrell® branded products with manufacturing defects that may occur within a limited amount of time and limited shots taken from a bow recommended by the targets' labeling.
To submit a claim, please email info@morrelltargets.com with clear photos of the target, arrow tip(s), arrow shaft(s), and include the type of bow you are shooting.
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
A Customer Service Agent will review your claim and provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 24 hours if approved.
Once we receive the returned target, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to reach your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new target after receiving the return target. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange (shipping typically takes 2–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location).
